We had such a great experience working with Megan and highly recommend her to anyone in the Tahoe area. She took us to look at tons of homes that didn't work out and was under zero pressure until we found the right place for us. The buying process ended up getting very complicated because of the selling agent but Megan navigated it gracefully and was a huge asset, both procedurally and emotionally, as we worked through the intricacies of the transaction. In the end, she got us into an amazing home by hustling and working around the clock up until our close date, and has been great on the back end as well making sure everything has gone smoothly post-close. Megan also has great connections that we were able to utilize for insurance, contractors, painting, etc. We can't recommend Megan enough for any real estate needs.
Megan was amazing in so many ways. She was extremely dedicated as we looked at 26 houses in two days. And then came back for even another weekend. She was very attentive to our needs and wants and adjusted the searches as we added more requirements to our house search. But most impressive of all, she did the work of two Realtors® since the seller and his Realtor® failed to follow thru with their due diligence on a number of items. Thanks to Megan, we are now living in our dream house and loving it.
